    Pillow Perfect recognizes the importance of getting your orders to you quickly, so we make every effort to begin processing your orders as soon as we receive them. Once you place an order on our website, you can expect to receive an email from us with your order tracking information within 10 business days.

    Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, American Samnoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands. We ship within the Contiguous United States only.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    We enjoy making returns and exchanges effortless. If you receive an order that you are unhappy with for any reason, you may return it back to us within 14 days from the date the order shipped. Our only request is that the product(s) you wish to return are in new condition and in the original packaging.

    We strive to deliver quality products that make you happy, but if for some reason you receive a damaged or faulty product from us we would be happy to take it back for a refund or exchange it for another item of equal value.

  • Ordering

    We have devoted a great deal of time and effort into making sure ordering from our website is quick and easy. As you browse through our website, you can add products to your shopping cart with ease. If you want to see a list of the items you have added to your shopping cart, just simply scroll to the top of the page and click on My Cart. In My Cart you have the ability to change order quantities and delete items. After making changes to order quantities you must click on the button that says update shopping cart in order for your changes to take effect. Once you are finished viewing the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or checkout. If you choose to checkout, you will be taken to our one page checkout where you have complete access to all the required information for completing your order.

  • Payments, Pricing, and Promotions

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and American Express. If you have a coupon code you would like to use with your purchase, you can enter it from either My Cart or at the time of checkout.

  • Viewing Orders

    You can view orders by going to the Track Orders page where you will be asked to provide your Order ID, the last name and email or zip code you provided in your order billing address. All of this information can be found on the order confirmation email that you received when your order was placed. If you cannot find your order confirmation email, please feel free to Contact Us.

    If you have an account with us, you can also view your orders by scrolling up to the top of this page and clicking Log In. Once you have logged into your account, you can access your orders by clicking My Orders on the left hand column of your screen. Here you will find a list of your orders along with the status of each.

  • Updating Account Information

    You have complete access to all of your account information after you Log In by going to My Account at the top of the page. Once you have accessed My Account you will see your dashboard where you can edit your contact information, default billing address, default shipping address and your newsletter subscription.

Once you place an order on, you can expect to receive an email from us with your order tracking information within 10 business days.

How do I determine the size of a pillow?

Pillow dimensions are provided of the finished product size. Take measurements along the edge seams from corner to corner while pulling the fabric tight, and note that dimensions are almost always rounded up to the nearest whole inch.

What is the status of my order?

After placing an order, you can view the order status anytime by just clicking on the Track Orders link at the bottom of every page under the Need Help? section.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact the Pillow Perfect Customer Service Team at (800) 886-9865 right away if you need to change or cancel your order because unfortunately we will not be able change or cancel your item(s) once they have been shipped.

How do I return my order or item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Pillow Perfect, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days from the date the order shipped. Please be advised the item(s) you wish to return must be in new condition and in their original packaging. In order to process returns please contact our customer service team by going to our Contact Us page, or calling us toll free at (800) 886-9865. Please provide us with your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
