Pillow Perfect, now a part of the Blazing Needles family of home furnishing brands, continues a long tradition of bringing comfort, color, and style to homes, patios, and outdoor spaces across the United States.
Blazing Needles, L.P. is a multi-generational, family-owned manufacturer and importer of soft home furnishings based in Fort Worth, Texas. For decades, Blazing Needles has specialized in indoor and outdoor cushions, decorative pillows, futon mattresses, futon covers, papasan cushions, curtains, rugs, and other home textile products for both traditional wholesale customers and eCommerce drop-ship partners.
In 2025, Blazing Needles acquired the Pillow Perfect brand and inventory with the goal of preserving the legacy, product offering, and customer trust that Pillow Perfect built over many years. Pillow Perfect will continue under its existing name, with many familiar styles, patterns, and products remaining part of the catalog.
We believe this transition brings together two family-owned home furnishing businesses with shared values: quality products, dependable service, thoughtful design, and long-standing relationships with customers, suppliers, and retail partners.
Blazing Needles brings many years of experience in both domestic manufacturing and imported textile products, with supplier relationships stretching across the globe, including the United States, India, and China. Our design, production, manufacturing, and shipping teams work together to create and deliver products that combine comfort, style, and practical everyday use.
Our products are made for real homes and real outdoor spaces — from replacement cushions and decorative pillows to futon mattresses, papasan cushions, and other soft home furnishings. We offer hundreds of designs, styles, colors, and fabric options across a wide range of indoor and outdoor categories.

Our History
Late 1970s: Blazing Needles begins as an affiliate company to International Caravan, Inc., manufacturing papasan cushions for imported papasan chairs.
1980s: Blazing Needles expands its domestic textile manufacturing capabilities, adding comfort and customizability to a growing range of home furnishing products.
Early 1990s: Blazing Needles begins manufacturing futon mattresses and establishes itself as a major producer in the futon category.
1990s: The company expands into larger wholesale programs, bulk contract orders, and third-party cut-and-sew projects.
2000s: Blazing Needles enters the growing internet retail and parcel drop-ship business, following the growth of eCommerce home furnishings.
2010s: eCommerce and drop-ship service become major pillars of the business, with Blazing Needles products available through many of the largest online retailers.
2025: Blazing Needles, L.P. acquires the Pillow Perfect brand and inventory, preserving the Pillow Perfect name while continuing many of its familiar products and designs.
Today: Pillow Perfect continues as part of the Blazing Needles family of home furnishing brands, combining Pillow Perfect’s trusted legacy with Blazing Needles’ broad catalog, family-owned values, and decades of manufacturing, importing, wholesale, and drop-ship experience.
